Please review our policy below to understand how refunds and returns are handled for both physical and digital items.

Digital Products (E-Guides)

All digital products, including e-guides, PDFs, or downloadable materials, are non-refundable and non-returnable once your order has been processed.
Because access to our e-guides is delivered instantly via a secure Publuu link, we cannot issue refunds after delivery.

If you experience technical issues accessing your e-guide, please contact us at knowhowguideshelp@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We’ll gladly help you regain access or resolve any delivery errors.

Physical Products

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible physical items under the following conditions:

 Eligibility

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused (The book must still be in the condition as when it first arrived)

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital e-guides or downloads

  • Clearance items (unless defective)

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email knowhowguideshelp@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging within 7 days of receipt.
We’ll replace the item or offer store credit, depending on availability.

Return Process

  1. Email knowhowguideshelp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and shipping address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval and process your refund to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
